    Well the roasts are doing great! I put them in pans and foiled them with some lime juice. Found out more people were coming so I added some riblets and hickory to the smoker. So far so good!

    Yes sir! Gonna grill the chicken breasts and the veggies around five thirty and be ready to feed the crowd about six thirty. Got ten or eleven coming for grill night and bringing the guacamole, sour cream, cheese, rice and refried beans.

    If I double post I'm sorry. New to this! The chucks are 150 already so I dialed back the heat and mopped with mojo . I'm gonna wrap at 165 and cook to 200 for pulling.
