I just took it out of the foil. I'm going to put it back in for another hour or so to firm it up. Then it goes into the cooler for a little nap. Then is slicing time!
It's just regular old Kingsford. This is actually the first time I've tried it. I'm hoping it will help with the formation of a smoke ring (that's the theory at least). So far, it doesn't appear to have affected the burn of the pellets at all.
