    Hello everyone. My name is Tim.  I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and I am originally from North Carolina. I have a Masterbuilt Pro 30" propane smoker. I am a newbie to the art of cooking with a smoker. I look forward to gaining knowledge from you all.

    Small problem with Mastebuilt Pro 30"

    I have a Masterbuilt Pro also. I set a 8" cast iron skillet in the original tray and I get lots of smoke. I soak the chips for 30 minutes and fill the skillet to the top.
