Question on the bark
I smoke one yesterday and I wanted to wrapped round 165 but I didn't think it didn't have enough bark dark at all
Is there a trick to get bark once it reaches 165

My father in law turn 2 NBblackdiamonds to a great pits
I just score one of the old models on the Charbroil offset smoker and looking forward to modified to make it into a well smoker

Yeah it needs a little TLC my father in lawn modified a NB black diamond to a reverse flow and it looks similAr to this one hopefully same modification will do me good on this bad boy
