I am very fortunate to live near Maker Works in Ann Arbor, MI They have all kinds of tools available to 'makers' - which includes welding equipment!
What a great concept!
My current project is to build 'real burners' using 'real stainless steel' to fix my old Weber Gas Grill.
Using their CNC...
I have had great luck repurposing boat trailers for my roaster. In both cases folks were trying to 'get rid' of the boat - and the trailer came with it!
I just had to find somebody that lived on a lake - that wanted the boat.
The nice thing about a boat trailer is that often they are easily...
The round yellow ones are my turn signals.
Sexy - ha?
They do flash too fast - I think I need some type of resistor to simulate the filament 'load'.
The red Tail/Brake lights only have one row of LEDs but they are plenty bright.
Older vehicles only used 4 wires for tail/brake/turn signals...

You might bend a small piece of angle (1/2") to fit inside the firebox to minimize warping from the heat.

Do the cooking oil ad heat from the fire box.
I made my fire box from a 100g propane tank - but cut my door in the side - like your warmer. Be sure...
Before you go off building a trailer - check out Craigs list. You can always find trailers - particularly boat trailers cheep!
My last boat trailer was free! - but it came with boat. I usually burn the boat - but this one was fiberglass - I found somebody that lived on a lake that needed a boat...
I like your design.
This is my 500g propane smoker.

I used a vacuum pump to evacuate the propane before cutting.
The 100 gallon propane tank for the fire box may need to be reenforced where you cut holes as the heat of the firebox...
