Put my smoker together on Saturday easy to do only took about an hour, checked temp gauge with boiling water it's on the money give or take a few degrees. Seasoned it today kept the same temp for entire process with no fluctuations. Plan on smoking a rack of ribs this weekened for it's first...- philc
