I love grilling. I have been a dedicated weber kettle user for many years and I aquired my first smoker a few months ago and have been doing great with it. It is an old brinkman sportsman that I made modifications to enhance the airflow and now it gets up to temp and stays there 4-6 hrs without adding more charcoal.
