    Hello, I received a Masterbuilt ES30 for Christmas. It looks like a nice little smoker. I usually do all my cooking/smoking on either Weber kettle grill, or an Orion cooker. I absolutely love my Orion, but it's no good for deer sausage or jerky which I love to make.
