Stuffed boneless wings
They were stuffed with some pork sausage I made using jalapeño peppers. Same recipe I use to make my smoked sausage. Seasoned well and then coated with Frank's hot wing sauce. Then I just BBQ them. -

Cajun Power Louisiana Lighting sauce. Has a much better taste than Tabasco.- papap
