I live in Conroe Tx.. I'm 61 years old and love to cook. I have been cooking que for 40 years and and started competition about 25 years ago. I'm blessed in the fact that I have cooked at The Royal against the very best in the world of bbq. My partner and another team mate will once again return this year to the American Royal this October. I cook on a Back woods party pit, and after seeing Tuffy Stone's "Cool Smoke" UDS at the Royal last year built two of these amazing pits. I love to talk bbq and help new cookers.
