    This smoker has very little use. 1st owner had it for a small catering company and barely used it. After doing some test cooks with it, did a butt and brisket. I put 4 logs on, set temp at 210F, and went to sleep. 10 - 11 hours later temp is still holding at 210F. Super super insulated. 100%...
