    My 7yr nephew loves eating jerky. But I found out recently that he is allergic soy base food products which makes him sick. Does anyone have a jerky marinating recipe that doesn't contain soy sauce. I need one for 5lbs of meat with cure#1. Any help is appreciated.

    Charbroil Big Easy Oil less deep fryer works good. Safe and easy to use. Bought mine from costco a few years back. Love it. I do a 25lb turkey every year.
