    challenges with Brinkmann Square vertical smoker

    the Labyrinth keeps the coals from igniting each other into one huge fireball.  It makes them burn a little at a time, sort of a way to control the chaos.  gives you a longer cooking time also, well, gives ME a longer cooking time.  RED guess i was a bit late on the trigger there, sorry folks.
