    Weston tenderizer

    Newbie here. I have a Weston jerky slicer and am thinking about getting the accessory tenderizer blade set. I've been using eye of round and cutting it across grain into slabs that are roughly 1-1/8" thick then running the slabs thru the slicer which cuts 1/4" strips. Would running the slabs...
