    Help me plan my modification

It looks like I am finally getting ready to start working on my smoker renovation. After double and triple checking dimensions I wanted to run some basic ideas past the master builders here, if it is ok. Cook chamber dimensions are as follows: 23.5 inch interior diameter 32 inch seam to seam...

    Help me plan my modification

Well, I won't say I know how to fix any of this without wrestling with it for a while. I am grateful for any suggestions on what to do.

    Help me plan my modification

Hi Dave. The door was not installed correctly and the bullet hinges were removed last night. I will be addressing that issue as well. There is no doubt this thing will need a complete overhaul. Once I removed the hinges the door fit a lot closer. This is how it sits in the hole with no hinges.

As it is, the air flow will have to be split between the vertical cook chamber and the horizontal RF cook chamber. I am wondering if the design will allow for proper draw...

    Opinions needed on this smoker

Hi everyone. I am shopping for a new smoker. I found this one and will probably look at it today. It is a little more substantial than I need, but that is only a minor concern. What I need for someone more experienced than me is an honest critique of this basic design. It just seems like there...

    Smoker I built.

Bigugly, I have a suggestion. Considering all the time and effort you had to put in to get that cooker built, you really deserve to end up with an absolutely flawless rig that doesn't have all the "learning scars" that the first attemp will always have. So what you need to do in order to...
