    I just bought a char broil elec smoker. Tried to smoke store bought brats, 250* and 150* on the meat probe. Took about 1 hour. The end result was, there was smoke on the outside of the casing, but there was no taste of smoke inside. I used Johnsonville reg. raw brats. What am I doing wrong...
