Went blue berry picking and made a blueberry compote from the blueberries and injected the juice into the loin then covered the tope with the rest. Really good feed.
A while back I found a recipe for Jeff's sauce on here and I can not find it again? It was one of the best I had found is it still on here and I just can't find it?
tried both the rub and the sauce and I must say the sauce was awesome, the rub was a little spicy for us but I sure got a lot of compliments on the sauce
