Looks good, I've never deep fried my duck breasts I'll have to give it a try, however I have used mallards and woodies in place of beef for steak tacos and burritos and they are excellent.
Please don't call it a cow, unless your buying a cow which I hope your not. Picking up half a steer next week, will be taking in our pigs this fall. Feel sorry for the folks who buy meat from the store.
Question for you guys with a char grilled gravity fed grill. Are you able to get a good flame sear using this grill? I keep going back and forth between masterbuilt and char griller I just can't make up my mind. Thanks guys!
Sounds like it I was going to mention make sure your connections are tight on chords. Sounds dumb I know but the slightest wiggle can help sometimes mine stalls around 120 wiggle the plug goes right up.
Been eyeing up these I would prefer the 1050 but can't pass up the griddle top for the 800. After reading above comments pretty sure I'm gonna buy one now.
Got one of those already, looking fir pellet types it's for the wife with two little guys at home she can set temp etc. Without having to babysit it as much.
Anyone have any insight, looking to upgrade my pellet grill and this one caught my eye. Just using it as a grill as if I'm actually smoking i prefer my vertical smokers. Any personal experience would be great.
