Your cold smoker is exactly what I'm trying to accomplish. I was looking at the Grainger heat element, and I'm wondering if I need more than one. Another Smoke Daddy Review
I bought the Big Kahuna smoke generator several weeks ago and tried it out for the first time today. I used a mix of pellets and apple hardwood chunks cut into 1/4"+ chunks. The unit worked great!
