Hello Smokers! I'm a semi-newbie when it comes to smoking. I have done plenty of grilling, but my passion has always been for the flavor and aroma of a good smoked meat (insert Tim the tool-man grunt here). I have a love for cooking that is equaled only by my love for music. I have been playing drums for about 10 years now and I am teaching myself to play acoustic guitar and bass guitar. I love all things music-related and all things meat-related! Very much looking forward to hearing the wisdom that you smokers can impart to me.
