Anyone ever cook a whole pig on a spit? I have the party que rotisserie along with sides and top.... I cook a whole lamb for orthodox easter, but thinking about cooking a pig this summer.... Anyone ever cook say a 65lb pig on one of these things?

can catch as many of these things as one would ever want (and then some) here. they are considered trash fish by many. I find that if they go directly in an ice/saltwater slurry IMMEDIATELY they held up a lot better and get much better quality. they seem to deteriorate much quicker than other...
well, I ordered the meater thing because I liked the ingenuity and the packaging of it all. having something that basically nests inside its storage container/charger is an awesome idea. and that it has its own ambient temp probes on each probe too.
look for one that gets good reviews on amazon and mentions plug and play.
something as simple as this:
should work for you, get the model with the features you need (night view, etc.)
