    Cookshack SM360 Commercial Restaurant Smoker

    This smoker was built March 29 2011.  I have only used it since mid June.  I am selling it, not because I don't like it, I absolutly LOVE it, but my restaurant caught on fire in the electrical system and I am having too many issues to continue at this time.  I do not expect to start back up...
