    Looking at new smoker

    I just got a SH 44241G2 from over stock. I just seasoned it yesterday. A little smoke seepes out of the hinged side of door. Should be a eay fix. Was easy to hold low temp with one burner going. First cooking smoke this weekend. I think SAMs club has the same unit but with a glass door.

    Hope I did the right thing

    Just ordered a Smoke Hollow 44 two door gas smoker. I went with gas thinking I might bring it camping with us but after really thinking of how big it is I really don't think I would. Hope I made the right choice. I still have my old brickman charcoal smoker which is smaller and easier to lug...
