And the 1/4's are a hodge podge mix of what's in the spice rack
All done at 225* for the 3/2/1 method for ribs sake.
Question
When smoking what temperature, how long, and when if you do, do you wrap it?
My texture was great but it seemed to be not as moist as I wanted.
But everyone enjoyed their meal.
