    I'm on a few interweb sites and I love it when others see the "details" in my photos! Almost spit out my beer on that one, I save them to use as drip trays or whatever before they hit the recycle bin.

    Ribs are mustard base with Billy bones comp rub And the 1/4's are a hodge podge mix of what's in the spice rack All done at 225* for the 3/2/1 method for ribs sake.

    Question When smoking what temperature, how long, and when if you do, do you wrap it? My texture was great but it seemed to be not as moist as I wanted. But everyone enjoyed their meal.
