I have been a retail meat cutter for for 41 years and counting.I have ran some great stores during my career.I became a market manager at age 21 and fell in love with the trade.I plan to retire with all ten of my fingers in two more years. I plan on fishing ,hunting and smoking a hell of alot of meat to keep me busy.
