    Hello from Central Illinois!

    Just wanted say hello to everyone. I'm just your average backyard griller\smoker from Central Illinois. I personally use 2 CharGriller Outlaw horizontal smokers with side smoker boxes. I smoke anything that's edible! Lol My personally favorite has to be Pork Shoulder, Spare Ribs and Beef Brisket.
