    I got a Smoke EZ a few months ago and it is the BEST!  Here's what I've done to get the low temp under control: 1. Academy Sports has a replacement charcoal grid that is a solid plate with holes poked in it.  I got it because I much prefer lump charcoal to briquets and it allows you to use it...
