Thanks for all the replies! I'm going to give Lang a call tomorrow and see if I can get the "Al" deal where they make the smoker completely out of 1/4" steel for what he got it for. If not, I'll pick up the oakie joe. I started out a few years ago smoking on a propane weber using foil packs...- maliclipse
