Thanks for the information, I do appreciate it. I bought mine about four months ago. Yes it is different to my cabinet smoker but a little more advanced. I would look at a wood smoker but I'm worried I won't be able to regulate the heat. I'll take any tips, thank you
The hotter the temperature the more pellets will be burnt. The lower the temperature the less you use. I just made bacon last weekend, it sat at 107° Celsius and there was plenty left. I made a brisket for nine hours at 107° Celsius and there was still plenty. Good luck.
