I am in the final stages of my smoker build I just need to finish the door.
What are you guys using for a propane burner and do I need a safety shut off in case the flame goes out?
I have a turkey cooker propane burner I was thinking of using
I built a steel frame and I am sheeting it with plywood and them insulating it.
I just wasn't sure what to use to seal the door.
It will be wood to steel.
I like how the Bradley smokers seal
I was considering a fridge seal kit but just wasn't sure if I could use in the smoker
I was going to use propane heat and use 3/8" plywood on the outside and inside and then insulate with 1" insulation. I plan to tin the outside and roof as well.
