Hey all, names Rich from Glens Falls NY. been smoking for about four years but definitely still learning. i have a modded ecb, cheap offset drum smoker, and a homemade cold smoker that i have only used for some homemade sausage. definitely excited about sharing and learning with these forums.
hey just did my first meatloaf on the smoker today too. turned out great. 2.5 lbs ground chuck, 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 2 cloves garlic, 1 minced onion, 3/4 cup bbq sauce. smoked with mesquite at about 250 for 3 hrs on a modded ecb.
