Sorry, forgot to take pics. One thing I forgot, add 2 dashed of smoke flavoring to cheese batter. And greese the pan you cook them in. Mine stuck. I did in the oven because it is raining. Crescent package said 375 8 to 12 minutes. I baked at 350 for 16 Minutes.
Tonight i tried Jeff's recipe for ABTs aka Jalapeno Poppers, but instead of wrapping in bacon. i put a slice of cooked crisp bacon on top of the cheese and wrapped them in Crescent roll dough. This was a test to see if they would be good for a party we are having this Saturday. I had 5 good...
Tried Jeff's recipe, and found them to be too sweet. 2nd time around I put a pickled jalipenia in the bottom before adding the cream cheese mixture. Less sweet.

thank every one for your help.
i have tried the 2 part gloves, with cotton liner and food grade second layer. doesn't protect hands when removing hot grill grates, or trays on which i am smoking food. looking for recommendations! thanks

I bought the Costco version of a Traeger grill, the Silverton 810 because of size, Traeger name and cabinet underneath. BIG MISTAKE. The silverton is designed to leak air and therefore smoke. There are designed-in gaps lid to shell. It is supposed to have downdraft exhaust, like the...
