    I recently had to replace my iPad and I lost all of my photos. Some of those photos included screen shots of the rub and sauce recipe I bought from Jeff last year. I can't find the old links to get the recipes I purchased, can anyone help with ideas or how do I contact Jeff? Thanks Kevin

    Well I finally did it, my first grand champion trophy in a rib cook off. I bought Jeff's Naked Rib Rub and Sauce recipe this spring, used it in this competition and was awarded a Grand Champion Trophy as a result.     I tried this one without mopping and it was very tender and juicy. One I obtained the bark I was looking for I wrapped it in a foil pan with some apple juice in the bottom of pan. Came out very nice

    I ordered the digi Q but kind of wish I would have went with the wifi model. You can have up to three different meat probes going to monitor three different items at the same time. This is my first guru and there is nothing wrong with the Digi Q, a lot of teams on the competition scene use them...
