My family and I are recent transplants to the KC area. We come from Michigan and am new to the smoking method of cooking. All my life I've been a griller, and now I figure "when in Rome, do as the Kansans do!" Early this summer I purchased my first smoker. It's a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition. It has worked very well and we are pleased with the results so far.
