New to SMF
Jumped right in and did a Boston Butt last night, 4 hrs of smoke, pulled and wrapped 3 fold seal on the foil, 20 hour total cook time. Next time 15-17 hour cook time. Due to day time heat it was hard to keep the cook temp at 225, 10 PM bed time last check then, pulled off smoker at 7:30 AM... -
