I've been grilling for a couple years now in the "minor leagues" and am now looking to make my way up to the "Big Leagues". My grandfather owned a Char-Broil H2o smoker for quite a few years. He would bring it up to the Eastern Sierra's where we'd go camping and we'd catch trout and smoke them for dinner. It was the best trout I'd ever had.
My grandfather has since passed and my grandmother was going to throw out his smoker so I grabbed it. I love bbq and having friends and family over for a relaxing Saturday or Sunday to enjoy some good food, drinks and company. Most of all I love wowing them with different recipes and dishes.
