    Instead of doing the honey and brown sugar as the wrap up. I poured a 2:1 ratio of Dr Pepper and honey mustard in sort of a foil boat and then wrapped it like that. then while they were rolling on.     Threw 3 racks and a tri tip made one with Dr Pepper instead of honey and brown sugar. Everyone loved them so I’m glad they came out really good I’m digging the Dr Pepper on the meat. Got 3 different types of ribs to add to my arsenal Check out my little series

    Yeah the boysenberry came out super good sweet and tangy in the right spots. were from California and go to knotts when we can so one day I grabbed the honey and bbq sauce and decided to try it on ribs and they went quicker than the other racks. I definitely recommend it

    Thank you Ooh I’ve never heard of that before I’ll try that. I like using baby backs every now and then I can get a fat slab with some good thick meat. This one I got from sams club, I was expecting a 2 slab pack but we were surprised with 3 slabs so I’m not trippin too bad I toasted one lol.

    Thank you oh yeah I did my homework Lol. I knew I wanted a stick burner on account we go camping and go to the beach. Didn’t want to babysit a generator as well as the meat if I had elec. or pellet. Definitely didn’t want gas either, propane is getting kinda pricey where I’m at.
