Born in Biggs lived hear all my life its in northan California, not San Fransisco but a small farming two. Im a walnut farmer and I live by the feather river where you can catch Shad, salmon, stergon, striped bass, craw fish( we call them crawdads) I had the opportunity for jobs to travel the USA for 6 years 7 months a year where I learned about BBQ from all over the south and Midwest. If I could live anywhere else it would be in Louisiana, people in the south have the best hospitality. I love meat. did two years in the Bering sea as a crabber when I was young. have one son my first and my wife she is from Los Angeles it a culture shock for her.
