54 years young, living life and loving it. I'm not new to the concept of smoking I've cooked food indirectly on a grill for years. This is however my first smoker. I opted to get a Master Forge Electric Dome Smoker because I live in an apartment and only electric grills/smokers are allowed to be used on the patio.
