Burnt ends about to go back in the smoker. My QA/QA team (me) says there ok.

The rest is wrapped, waiting for guests to arrive. The MES doesnt seem to give a very good smoke ring. Flavor is definitely there though!

Im still pretty new to smoking meat (and this forum), but i caught the bug. Smoked my first brisket last weekend and it was killer. Split the point and flat before throwing in the smoker last time. Burnt ends were amazing and so was the flat. Unfortunately, my guests ate it all and i didnt have...
It was some of the best I've had! Didn't get the smoke ring I wanted, but the flavor was on point and burnt ends were amazing. Forgot to snap pics of the fished product...
Been a lurker on here since getting my first smoker last fall. Masterbuilt 30 Electric Smoker. First try was ribs. Flavor was good and they were tender, but not quite "fall off the bone". I've also done a pork butt and that came out awesome. Up at 4am to get a brisket going for today.
