New to smoking and the site. Love reading all the forums and tips from the smoking vets. Helped me a lot so far. Smoked some salmon new years day and it turned out great. I live right on lake Michigan in Northeast wi 30 miles south of green bay. 35 below 0 tonight too cold to smoke lol- jeff gintner
