Wish I could the AMNPS was 'Smokin' ... To bad this wasn't figured out. I just got my new AMNPS Thursday and tried to smoke a chicken in my MES40 with it. Same issues as INK. MES Window Cleaning Solution
I just cleaned mine for the first time ever. The window had what seemed to be like an 1/8th of goo on it. Easiest thing ... just set smoker @ 275 degrees with water in pan, additional foil pan with water and vents shut. This steamed the inside and allowed 1/2 of the window to be cleaned...- jd0110

Brisket - Smoke one day and oven the next?
Huge success this past weekend. I smoked the brisket @ 225 to 165 degrees and wrapped it with a little butter and caught the fat in a drip pan for the duration. I did let the brisket go all the way to 200 degrees (intended to only go 195). Took the double wrapped brisket out and let it sit...
