    Smoking Turkey in the BGE

    I'm going to smoke a turkey in a BGE this weekend and wanted to know roughly how long it should take. the turkey is 18.5 pounds and @ 350 should take about 4.5 hours. that's 14-15 minutes per pound. any tips would be very helpful. and of course I'm brining he bird first. thanks in advance for...
