    Hello Forum Newbies!!!

    Forum of Friends, Thanks for the warm welcome !!! yesterday on July 5, we made our first smoked Pork shoulder half only....awesome low and slow ... I used the finish sauce that was posted so awesome thanks....folks.. And we also made those Wings with a twist (S2K9K) Awesome as well...

    Scarbelly Wings (Buffalo Style)
