Big Blue Egg: Finished build of the 19" flower pot smoker.
Hi, nice build! I am building a similar smoker (although it will be electric) and have some questions. 1) Can you explain the use and purpose of all the iron pipes and valves (on the lid too). 2) Is there a reason you chose such a large lid, or convenience factor (same diameter, etc)...- hotpepperdaddy
