    Learning how to Smoke-Um

    Thanks for the warm welcomes. I look forward to learning how to improve my outdoor cooking skills. I am currently using a Backwoods Fatboy. I am also finishing building three reverse draft trailer mounted smokers. Don't yet know how well they will work
