    REC TEC Pork Butts

    Bolopwr, Did you have to do anything for the 14 hours?  I am having a party this weekend and would like to do something similar.  Just got my rec tec last week, and I love it thus far.  Do you have to mop the pork butts at all during the 14 hour smoke?  And did you use a particular rub? Thanks!
