    Coat steak with kosher salt both sides. Put in sealed bag and submerge in warm (not hot) water for about 1 hour. Pat very dry (do not rinse). Put on hot BBQ, turn often. Cook till desired done-ness, then let rest for a few minutes. Enjoy Dutch
