    So I just got a MES 30 for xmas. And now I have been given the task of possible smoking a huge turkey. My father got it from a friend on a farm and it weighs honestly about 35lbs. This thing is huge! Any chance I can smoke this? Would cutting it in half work?

    Hey I'm George. Just started here. I've turned my propane bbq into a smoker in the past lol but I'd like to purchase one or make my own. Any tips on a good starter setup? Something that won't break the bank would be ideal. Also want to ad that I'm in canada and not sure what's available here
