I found a thread about ugly drum smokers back in the winter of 2010, the more i read the more facinated i was. after reading the how tos I built mine ,I cant tell you how much i have been enjoying my burns.however, last week i smoked a brisket on saturday and ribs on sun. BOTH come off really greasy. whast did I do wrong. I did everthing like before as i had learned .NEED HELP
